Description

Lagunitas are mulch sponges that radiate out toward vegetation. They are made of mulch inoculated with mycorrhizal fungal spores. Invisible at grade, they offer improved water absorption and work well in conjunction with rain gardens, especially when topped with river rocks.

This poster was presented during the 2018 Environmental Protection Agency’s Region 6 Stormwater Conference. It won 2nd place for Professional Green Infrastructure/ Low-Impact Development Project.
